MY Scam Shield collects only the data necessary to provide threat analysis: query inputs (phone numbers, URLs, APK hashes) are processed in real-time and not stored beyond the session. No personal identifiable information is retained.
We use PDRM, BNM, MCMC, and Semak Mule threat feeds under their respective data-sharing agreements. All processing occurs within Malaysia or under adequate data-protection frameworks.
